Copy of a letter from Mr Secretary Trumball's Office informing that he has doubts about the character of John Price, Commander of the WILLIAM, which Ship is bound for Cadiz with Stores for the Fleet. He is said to have been previously discharged from this same Ship. Written by J. Ellis, a clerk in Secretary Trumball's Office, Whitehall.
