Letter from Thomas Hearthropp to Issac Bennett, 1689.
Letter from Thomas Hearthropp (or Hartop) addressed to Isaac Bennett, near Pickled Herring Stairs, Southwark, dated 13 December 1689. He writes on behalf of Mr Pinder, who went to sea with the fleet last Saturday, requesting the Navy Board to cover his pay and the victualling of his ship.
