In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Representation has been made that the HENRY prize, now at Sheerness, may have more men and guns than is now allowed her. You are directed to have her surveyed, particularly what decks she has and the height between decks and how many spare ports she has. Once you have received an account you are to give your opinion as to whether she may be allowed more men and guns and, if so, what number of men and what number and nature of guns.
