We send you herewith a list of ships to be fitted for the Straits and foreign service and are to be victualled for 8 months. Captain Greenhill who commands the GOSPORT is bound for the West Indies as is Captain Dyer of the DOLPHIN. You are to have two thirds of the pay due to them to be paid, either to them or to such persons who are legally empowered to receive it, taking care that His Majesty be made a saver.
