In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We understand from Captain Atkinson at Hoylake that the Agent to the Commissioners of the Victualling at Liverpool, did last July victual several men impressed for their Majesties' service. You are to give the necessary order that the Agent be allowed for such victuals.
