You are directed to have such shallops as are in condition, to be sent to the Downs to be delivered to the officer commanding there, and to be supplied with men from the WOLF hired ship at the Nore, the guardship at Sheerness and the Ordinary at Chatham, sufficient to take them to the Downs. Such men are to return as soon as the Shallops are delivered. You are to have the remaining shallops sent to the Downs as soon as they are ready.
