May Queen (1869)

A whole plate negative. A slightly distant port side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the 3 masted ship rigged passenger/cargo vessel May Queen (1869) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is rigged with single topsails, topgallants and royals and has two canvas windsail ventilators rigged. Tilbury is in the background. Negatives numbers G2246 and G2284 were taken on the same occasion.
