The photographer is looking aft and slightly to port from the port side of the foremast showing 1 deck. In the foreground is the covered 25 feet motor cutter in its davits. The twin trainable torpedo tubes, the torpedo and ammunition loading davit and the four aft facing fixed torpedo tubes are on the deck. The funnel is on the extreme right. Of note is the substantial temporary structure built onto the deck abaft the trainable torpedo tubes to support the brow.
