A port bow view, taken from fine off the bow, of the staysail spritsail barge Repertor (1924) under sail in Gillingham Reach, River Medway, at the start of a barge match. She has all white sails and a Crowned Head logo on the topsail. Astern of her is the Ironsides (1900) with the RDL logo. On the left is the bowsprit mulie rigged barge Convoy (1900) and she has not yet set her ketch rigged mizzen sail. All of the barges seem to be on the port tack. A small motor yacht is crossing the bow of the Repertor. Negatives numbers PM2359/2 to PM2364/37 were taken on the same day.
