The 1st Battle Squadron at sea
A very distant view of the 1st Battle Squadron at sea, led by the ships of the 6th Division. On the left and leading the line is the Iron Duke class battleship HMS Marlborough (1912), followed by HMS Agincourt (1914), and then the Colossus class battleship HMS Hercules (1910). The vessel behind her and probably leading the 5th Division is HMS Colossus (1910), followed in uncertain order by HMS Collingwood (1908), HMS Neptune (1909) and HMS St Vincent (1908). Other Grand Fleet battleships are barely visible in the distance to the right.
