Aboukir (1848) and Exmouth (1848)
Scale 1:24. Plan shows a section frame for the Aboukir (1848) and Exmouth (1848), both are 90 gun Second Rate ships of the line. The title of the drawing is "Sketch showing by red ink the revised shift of frame for the Aboukir and Exmouth adapted to meet the store of timber now in Plymouth Yard on the completeion of the Albion's frame as in black ink". The plan was originally drawn on tracing paper, which has now been mounted on linen backed paper. A note on the drawing states this revision was approved on 30 June 1840.
