Deck watch in a silver open-face case, in a wooden deck box. Half-plate movement, signed and numbered and marked with a broad arrow, with lever escapement and compensation balance.
White enamel dial, signed and numbered and marked with a broad arrow, with Roman numerals and steel spade and poker hands, and subsidiary seconds dial below centre with steel hand. It is contained in a silver open-face case, numbered and hallmarked for London, 1891-2. The cuvette is missing its glass and the back is marked ‘H.S.^2’. The watch is housed under screw-down glass in a numbered brass canister in a wooden signed and numbered deck box.
