Agreement made on 15 February 1708/9 between Captain Salmon Morrice of the MONK, Captain William Cock of the MEDWAY, Captain Jonas Hanway of the PLYMOUTH and Captain Robert Johnson of the KENT relating to distribution of profits and prizes. The four captains consent and promise that all profits and advantages that shall accrue to them collectively from the enemy as a prize (ship or boat) should be equally shared and divided amongst them.
