In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Accepting the Navy Board's proposal that the RUBY Prize at Kinsale be established as a Fifth Rate with the same number of Men and number and nature of Guns as the ADVENTURE; and ordering it to be victualled for three months service in the Channel. And agreeing that when she arrives at the Nore she takes on no more than one hundred pressed Men and an upper tier of guns. The Admiralty will issue orders for the mounting of her guns.
