Sir Richard Onslow has delivered a list of Marines in his Company who owe him for clothing. Instructions are given to the Navy Board to pay over to Sir Richard the whole of the wages due to the Soldiers as compensation provided the total does not amount to more than the sum owed to him by the Soldiers.
