No date recorded. Enclosure: An account of stores embezzled at Portsmouth and seized before and since the proclamation of August 1693. The names of embezzlers and recipients of portions of the proceeds amounting to some 17 Pounds are given. A footnote states that the Storekeeper has estimated that the true cost to the Navy was more likely double.
