In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
John Taylor, late Boatswain and William Platt, late Carpenter, both of the LUMLEY CASTLE Hired ship are to be paid in recognition of their having been employed in salvaging guns, anchors, cables and stores from that ship, from the time of her loss until the First of June 1694.
