In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Orders have previously been given to accumulate Stores in readiness for despatching to the Straits. Instructions now follow for victuals to be similarly made ready in the Downs, or at Portsmouth, by the end of July for transporting in convoy to the Straits.
