Document signed by William Bridgeman, c.1646-1699, English civil servant and Secretary to the Admiralty between 1694 and 1698.
Giving permission for certain ships named in the margin that have taken in Stores be allowed to proceed to the West Indies despite the embargo; and enclosing an Order of Council to be forwarded to the Ordnance Board for the mounting of guns at Arundel together with advice as to where the guns should be installed in order to protect ships carrying timber.
