In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Sir George Rooke, who has lately returned form Holland, has informed the Admiralty that Admiral Almonde, the Minister of State there, has orders that upon arrival at Spithead he is to engage in agreeing the account between the King and the States General for the supplying of Stores to their ships; and directing that a copy of the account be sent to the Navy Commissioner at Portsmouth. In the event of difficulties arising over the price of the goods supplied or for any other reason the Admiralty is to be informed.
