Admiral Russell has informed the Board that Captain Mister, Commander of the COVENTRY, has performed sterling service in saving the Stores of the LUMLEY CASTLE and other ships lost in the Straits. The Navy Board is to advise what reward they think fitting to give to Captain Mister.
