We direct you to cause the SWEEPSTAKES, now at the Buoy of the Nore, to be furnished with such a quantity of Provisions to complete what she has to ten weeks, as soon as possible.
You are to cause the DEFIANCE to be sheathed, and that the twelve Pinnaces which you were ordered to provide for the use of the Machine Vessels be delivered into the charge of Mr Meesters, or such person as he shall appoint to receive them.
