In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
By our late Orders you were directed to provide three hundred Guineas for Mr Meesters. We direct you to imprest the same to him for rewarding such persons as he judges convenient, as shall be employed in the present Expedition on which he is going with several Machine vessels and others.
