Having ordered the SEAHORSE to proceed to Portsmouth or Sheerness to be cleaned and refitted, according to the wind conditions, we direct you to give Orders for her cleaning and refitting at either Ports for service in the Channel, and for her victualling to be completed to ten weeks .
You are to send Orders to Portsmouth for supplying the hired Ship UNITY with twenty hammocks on her arrival at Spithead, where she is to call for the Ship Supply bound for New England.
