In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have considered your letter of 12th inst; and the enclosed Papers relating to the difference between the Commander of the NEWARK and the Pilot at Hull.
We direct you to inform the Trinity House at that place that we have determined the matter will be examined at a Court Martial either at the Nore or Blackstake, at that they must see that the Pilot is sent up, together with such persons proper to give evidence to the Court.
