In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
By our Orders of the 14th December last you were directed to dispense with the absence of Captain James Waller, Captain of a Company in the 2nd Marine Regiment, and his servants, at the respective Musters of the Company, for the reasons mentioned.
We now direct you, in case the Captain and his servants have been Chequed on the Musters before that time, to cause the same to be taken off , so they may receive their Wages.
We have appointed Mr Nathaniel Franklin to be Muster Master of HM Ships at Milford, with the Salary of thirty pounds a year, and direct you to establish him accordingly.
