The Lords Commissioners of the Treasury direct that out of Moneys remaining in the hands of the Navy Teasurer or his agent, Mr George Donnington, for Wages to Seamen, you cause the sum of seven thousand eight hundred pounds to be paid over to the Commissioners for sick and wounded and taking care of Prisoners of War, or to the Treasurer or Cashier on Account for that Service.
