In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Clarke, Commander of the hired Ship UNITY, has informed us by letter of 22nd inst; from Spithead that of the six months Provisions ordered her for a voyage to New England, six weeks thereof have been expended. We direct you to supply Provisions at Portsmouth if it can be done before she sails, otherwise at Plymouth, to complete her victualling for six months.
You are also to order a fitting supply of Provisions in addition to be put aboard the Ship to victual twenty Men which she is to carry to the NEW AFRICA at New England.
