In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
A Petition has been presented to this Board in the name of the Seamen of the JAMES GALLEY, stating that when Captain William Vickers commanded her he took two Prizes for which he has received Ninety five pounds from the Prize Office, but they have not had their shares.
We direct you to cause the said Captain's Wages in the JAMES GALLEY, but if paid there, then in the DRAGON, to be stopped till further Orders so that enquiry can be made into this matter.
