In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We are informed that Francis Graham of Ipswich, aged about sixty years, was lately pressed to serve aboard the ROYAL KATHERINE, turned over to one of the Bomb Vessels at the late Expedition against St. Malo, was blown up and badly wounded, and is now sick ashore at Portsmouth.
We direct you to give Orders to discharge him from His Majesty's Service.
