We direct you to cause the Tenders on the LONDON and DUCHESS to be discharged from the service, and also those on the NEPTUNE, except one, for which orders have been given to the Ships' Commanders.
You are further directed to cause the ROYAL KATHARINE to be allowed six Tenders, that is to say, four Ketches and two Smacks, including those she now has, they being to press Men for HM Ships.
