The Commissioners of the Treasury note that the receipts and payments by the Treasurer of the Navy have not been sent by your office for some time past. I am commanded by their Lordships to have you make up the accounts and certificates to date and to distinguish those monies paid since the last account by Mr Stephens and what has been paid since his death by Mr Doddington the present Cashier.
