Henry Ireland, late Gunner of the DARTMOUTH, is to be appointed Master Gunner of the new 4th Rate of 50 guns building at Portsmouth. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 7 August 1695.
