In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Sir George Rooke has advised us that there is at Spithead but two vessels fit to go to the Mediterranean as tenders to the ships bound there. You are directed to provide as soon as possible, four ketches more, two for the 1st and 2nd Rates and two for the 3rd Rates.
