In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Mr Thomas Knatchball has been appointed Muster Master of His Majesty's two Marine Regiments and you are directed to make an allowance to him of 30 shillings a day for himself, his deputy and all other contingent services of his office. This is to commence from the date of his commission and to be paid quarterly according to the course of the Navy Office.
