You are directed to have the wages due to Mr Charles Moody, late First Lieutenant of the PEMBROKE, to be paid to such as is lawfully empowered to receive them, notwithstanding he has not a certificate of his behaviour from the Captain, if you have no other objection than the want of the certificate.
