In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
William Scott, late Purser of the ENGLAND hired ship, is to be appointed Purser of the WINCHELSEA in place of the former removed to the WINDSOR. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 16 August 1695.
