We have confirmed the warrant of James Stracham as Master Gunner of the ALDBOROUGH ketch, given by the Rt. Hon. The Lord Berkeley, Admiral of the Blue Squadron on 8 August. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 16 August 1695.
