In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The Commander, Lieutenant and Master form the TYGER, have petitioned the Admiralty Board to be paid the money due to them upon tickets brought from several officers and others of this ship. You are directed to consider this petition, a copy of which is enclosed, and to report whether there are any objections to the petitioners being paid, other than the late Order which prohibits the Clerk of the Navy or any officers from receiving any seamen's wages due other than for themselves and warrantable servants.
