In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
John Baker, Boatswain of the ROE ketch, is to be appointed Boatswain of the SPEEDWELL, in place of the former dismissed for neglect of duty. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 19 August 1695.
