Thomas Kear, Master Carpenter of the WINCHELSEA, is to be appointed Master Carpenter of the WINDSOR. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 24 August 1695.
