Jonathon Seager is appointed to be Master Carpenter of the HAWK fireship, in place of the former dismissed for neglect of duty. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 21 August 1695
