Your report of 17 July 1695 on the petition of Mary Kercher, Widow of Captain Thomas Kercher, late Commander of the RUPERT, advised us that he entered men for the ship on 24 February 1693 and continued in that service until she was launched on 4 April 1693. You are directed to pay his wages as Captain for that time.
