Orders are given for the new Brigantine the POST BOY building at Deptford, The INTELLIGENCE at Woolwich and the FLY at Portsmouth, to be launched and fitted for service in the Channel and entered on the List of the Navy. They are to be manned with Establishment crews and victualled for two months. The DISPATCH Brigantine at Deptford is to be cleaned and refitted and victualled also for two months service in the Channel.
