An instruction from the Treasury directing the Navy Board to raise a Bill or Bills on the Treasurer of the Navy for paying the Treasurer of Sick and Wounded Seamen, including Prisoners of War, the sum of two thousand pounds on account towards the honouring of Bills of Exchange drawn on the Commissioners for the sick and wounded.
