A pension of two hundred pounds per annum is to be settled on Lady Arabella Wheeler as compensation for the loss of her husband Sir Francis Wheeler who was lost with the SUSSEX. The pension is to commence from the day of his death and is to be paid quarterly out of the Ordinary.
