In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Directing that all necessary Orders be sent by express covering the supplying of all HM Ships with Stores, Provisions and necessaries as Admiral Russell shall require, without waiting for corroborative Orders from the Admiralty; and that the ships shall be cleaned and refitted if the Admiral requires it. The ships are to be got ready as a matter of great importance.
