Announcing the results of two Courts Martial held aboard the BRITANNIA in the Medway on the twenty-second instant, Lord Berkeley presiding, in which enquiry was made into the loss of the CARLISLE while on passage from the Downs to the Nore; and the loss of the WINCHESTER wrecked off Florida in which the Commanders and Officers of both ships were exonerated.
