In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Lieutenant Hiskett, late first Lieutenant of the WINCHELSEA has made oath that on September 23rd last when the Ship was cast away, he lost all his Journals both for this Ship and the EXPERIMENT. We direct you to cause the Wages due to him for the time he served as Lieutenant of these Ships to be paid notwithstanding the loss of his Journals.
