Since my letter to you about the complaint by the Pay Master of the UNITY Tender on the SANDWICH against Lieutenant Jenkinson of that Ship, the Admiralty Commissioners have resolved to hear the matter before them, and have commanded me to inform you that you may not send the Pay Master to the Fleet as was lately ordered.
